Water is the most important asset of the earth without water not even a grass can live. Humans also need water as our 70% of the body is made up of water . We all drink water in many ways like standing , sitting , lying. But there is some ways to drink water that doesn't harm us..

Water should be drunk by sitting . Because while standing our body is straight , drinking water while standing makes the water reach the stomach very faster so other body parts such as heart, lungs can't absorb water as they need . If you drink too fast, you risk diluting your blood, which may cause faster excretion of water by the kidneys.” Or in layman's terms, if you drink water too quickly, it will cause your body to expel most of it as urine, which will have the effect of slowing the hydration process, i.e., the opposite of what you wanted there are some tips here
1. Don't laugh or talk while drinking water.
We are advised not to talk while drinking water, because the food may enter the windpipe instead of entering into the food pipe. When we talk, the windpipe gets open and the food may enter into the windpipe.
2.Drink water slowly.
